Founder and Executive Director
Akiko Klahr-Suzuki, executive director of AKS Japan International, is an expert in global business transformation and cross-cultural leadership development. She has over 20 years of global business experience in France, Japan and Switzerland, working with more than 20 countries spread over Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Her previous career includes Associate Director at the World Economic Forum (WEF; Headquarters in Geneva, organizer of “Davos”), Consultant and Manager at Hewlett-Packard (Japan and France/Europe). Her expertise includes business development, marketing, global sales operation, business process alignment & performance optimization. She drove numerous of global transformation projects across function (Sales, Marketing, IT, Quality, Customer services and Opertaions) and across regions (Europe, Asia and Americas) to success.
Akiko has an extensive experience in cross-cultural leadership and mobilizing cross-regional teams, leading to significantly improved business performance and global sales enablement.
